The CF500 unique plate loaded capability means you can use your 2” Olympic plates for quick and easy changing and transitions between exercises and also allows you to tailor the exercises for your strength levels with more precise increments for progression. Featuring storage pins either side of the machine for your plates letting you keep your gym space tidy and your weight plates in order for your workouts.

ACCESSORIES
Alongside the included bench the CF500 Includes a great range of accessories. Included Leg extension/curl which easily fits into the bench gives an isolation exercise option which pairs well with the straight bar which allows Front and back squats to be performed which is great if you wish to superset and make your workout as efficient as possible. Also included is a preacher curl attachment allowing an extra bicep option to complement the straight bar for the pulley system. Last but not least a Lat Pulldown bar is included to allow you to train your back. Compatible with all attachments other exercises can be included.
